He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Burton Milam and Snowda Snowden Milam; his nephews, B. T. Brown and Joshua Milam; and his niece Lauren Milam.
He is survived by: his siblings, Burt Milam (Lynne), Rick Milam (Paulette), Rhonda Milam and Rita Krodle.
