He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Daisy Fay Johnston (Miller). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Johnston (Karen) of Wolfe City, Pamela Johnston of Lewisville and Cheryl Van Zandt of Commerce; his niece Emily Bishop (Brant); his nephew Chris Johnston (Lori); and his cousin Shirley Weihman. He is also survived by 2 great-nieces, 5 great-nephews.
