We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2020, at the age of 85, Sally Grove of Commerce, Texas, born in Bonham, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Barnett and Mary Elizabeth Pace Barnett; her daughter Betty Grove; and her sister Brenda Routt. She is survived by : her husband Robert Groves (Bob); her children, Jim Bob Grove (Jill) and Mary Elizabeth Perry-Miller (Ralph); her grandchildren, Joseph Grove, Mindy Rutledge, Nathan Grove, Robert Scott Grove and John Perry-Miller; and her brothers, Ronnie Routt and George Routt. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.

“I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Sally passing. You are all in my prayers. I will always remember the trips I took to the house. She loved to talk about the children and grandchildren or the wonderful students they met. The attached photo was from a time we stopped on a trip around the southeast (JoAnn, Mom and I). It was a fun visit. We had really nice visits on the patio when she showed me the water fountain that Robert had built or discussed flowers. With love, William”
