He was predeceased by : his parents, Gilbert Tillery Sr. and Myrtle Harrison Tillery; his son Tommy Dean Tillery; and his brother Gilbert Tillery Jr.. He is survived by : his caregiver Cindy Smith; his daughters, Holly Marie Tillery of Dallas and Karen Elaine Tillery of Florida; his grandsons, Tommy Lane Cox and Ryder Wes Tillery; and his siblings, Nancy Pike, Anita Wilson (Ray), Kathy Tillery, Julie Gunnoe, Danny Tillery (Linda), Jesse Tillery (Janette), Paul Tillery (Melody), Jimmy Dale Tillery and Tony Tillery (Shelly).
