He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Mills and Wesley Mills. He is survived by: his wife Sallye Mills; and his children, Cathi, Jerry Watkins and Wesley Mills. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
