She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Hunter Powell (Lisa (Kostos) Powell) of Little Rock, AK and Colin William Powell (Lauren (Hewlett) Powell) of Concan; her husband Mark Hawkins Powell of Concan; her grandson Jess Powell of Concan; her brother William "Buddy" Binnie Niggli of Uvalde; and her cousin Debora "Debbie" Frances (Jim Sciba) of Concan.
