She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Szablewski and Margaret Szablewski (Kosieraski); her former husband Chester Rollek; her husband Chester Majka; and her daughter Mary Powers.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy; her son-in-law John Baker; her granddaughters, Jennifer (Spencer Edwards), Robyn (James Pirtle) and Betsy (Jeremy Hayes); and her great grandchildren, Max Edwards, Allison Hayes and Jack Pirtle.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in her memory.
