Ann Jacobson Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 19, 2025, at the age of 96, Ann Jacobson of Conroe, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Black and Anna Black; and her husband Howard. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Stone (Jack) and Martin Jacobson (Cindy). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
