She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her siblings, Velma Dukat and Leo Norman, Jr. (Dorothy); her son Gerald, Jr.; her grandchildren, Timothy, Michael, Chris and Sean; her son Shannon; her grandchildren, Randy, Kelly (Caleb Karan) and Brianna; her son Ron (Laura); and her grandchildren, Ronnie, Jonathan and Emily.

Ann requested before her death that in lieu of flowers she wanted prayers and masses offered for her soul and for her family; any donations to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Conroe, Texas will be greatly appreciated.
