He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony "Anton" Joseph Walczak and Jessie Lee Walczak; and his wife Janet Walczak. He is survived by: his son Thomas Walczak (Tracey); his grandchildren, Michael, Kristen and Sarah; his son Kelly Walczak (Susana); his grandsons, Patrick and Dylan; his great grandchild Danyelle Geller; Noah and Jonah.
