It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Baker of Conroe, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Chester Sheffield Sr.; her brother Chester Sheffield Jr.; and her granddaughter Meagan Crawford. She is survived by : her mother Myrtle Sheffield; her children, Clarence DeSha and Jennifer Miller; her grandchildren, Ryan Coulter, Mikayla Furrer, Alyssa DeSha, Leah, Aaron Freeman, Alexis Chapman, Kourtney, Elijah Ruth and Luke Miller; her great grandchildren, Kynzlee, Kacelyn, Kashton and Jackson Coulter; her grandchildren, Tatum, Meagan Furrer, Aubrey Byrd, Brody and Zoey Chapman; and her sisters, Jeanie Meismer and Penny Banning. She is also survived by her in-laws and many cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members, and countless friends.
