She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Randolph and Quida Louise Holman; and her sister Patricia Gunn. She is survived by: her children, James Douglas Mathis (Twila), Johnny Michael Mathis, Roger Dale Mathis, Sheri Lynn Ennis and Keith Wayne Mathis (Ginger); her sister Barbara Roberts; and her caregivers, Melissa Watson, Tammie Adams, Donna Nobels, Jamie Colvert, Sandra Haynes and Freda Brown. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; her youngest.
