She is survived by: her mother Hazel Jezek; her son Anthony Jezek; her siblings, Barbara Leblanc, Bonnie Hermes, Richard Jezek, John Jezek, William Jezek and Archie Jezek; and her siblings' children, Theresa Bradford, Elizabeth Hoffpauir, Sue Ann Morales, Rachel Valentine, Paul Henry, Michael Henry and Jesse Hermes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
