He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Alonzo Cundiff and Bessie Lee Horton; his siblings, Debbie Matthews and Doug Cundiff; and his nephew Rowdy Matthews.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Cundiff; and his children, Cary Cundiff, Jr. of Conroe, Christian Duffy (Ryan) of Frisco, Tiffany Handley (Buzz) of Conroe, Tony Gray of Conroe, Jason Gray (Nichole) of Hanceville and Tonja Owens (Tyler) of Keota. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
