She is survived by: her husband John Michael Belinowski; her daughter Cheri Lynn Belinowski; her grandchildren, Robert "Lee" Williams IV and Sara Jane Williams; her siblings, Larry (Doe White) and Susan "Susie" (Jimmy Dodson); her siblings-in-law, Larry (Jan), Donald (Wanda), Mark (Gloria Belinowski) and Gayle "White"; her cousin Terri "Stick" Raybourn; her nieces and nephews, Brian (Holly White), Matthew (Brooke White), James "Blake" Dodson, Brandon (Michelle Belinowski), Jacob (Jessica Belinowski), Shelli Dodson, Stephanie White, Audra (Steve Miracle), Michelle (Marvin Marburger), Deanna (Trey Harrison), Lisa (Cory Long), Julie (Daniel Hopper) and Katie (Zak Davis); her daughters, Kami, Theresa, Karyn, Shelley, Amy and Chris Reynolds; Myra.
