He is survived by: his wife Linda Smyth; his children, Pam, Patrick McGinty, Daniel, Kelly Smyth, David and Melissa Smyth; and his grandchildren, Tyler Fuller, Adam McGinty, Amanda McGinty, Claire Smyth, Zach Smyth, Riley Smyth, Andrew Smyth and Josie Smyth.
