He is survived by: his wife Heather Burdick; his children, Caleb Witcher, Rose Burdick and Daniel Burdick, IV; his parents, Daniel Burdick Jr. and Cheryl Burdick; his siblings, Kristine Hannah, Kimberly Burdick and Robert Burdick; and his grandmother Shirley Burdick. He is also survived by grandparents, parents, uncles, aunts, brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.
