He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hutchins and Marguerite Hutchins; and his siblings, Robert Hutchins and Wilma Coe. He is survived by: his sister Jean Jones; his son Greg; his daughter-in-law Patty Hutchins of Conroe; his son Doug; his daughter-in-law Karen Hutchins of Little Rock; his daughter Brenda; his son-in-law Clay Estes of Dallas, Texas.; his sister Eleanor Williams; and his wife Betty Sue Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for memorials be made to Montgomery United Methodist Church, 22548 HWY 105W, Montgomery, TX 77356.
