She is survived by: her daughter Nyeshia DuShone Bradford; her granddaughter Nylissa Symone Hawkins; her brothers, Otis Hornesby, Jr., Clifford Lee Hornesby and Ronald Hornesby; her grandson Alexander Hornesby; her great grandchild Kiara Small; her sisters, Denise Louise Hornesby and Denna Sonorabelle Hornesby; and her grandpup Ace Wilson Bradford.
