She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Walter Kufeldt; her parents, Rev. Glen Marshall and Naomi Marshall; and her brother Dwight Marshall. She is survived by: her children, David (Brenda), Timothy (Beth), Rebecca Kendall (Greg) and Steven (Cindy). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
Doris played the organ and/or piano every Sunday from the time she was a teenager until 2020 when her home congregation, Silver Lake Church of God in Leesburg, FL, had to suspend Sunday services due to COVID.
