It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ed Gibbs Jr. of Conroe, Texas, born in Mineola, Texas, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Young and Shirley Elizabeth Gibbs (Fuller); and his wife Cathy Gibbs. He is survived by: the mother of his children Lisa Gibbs of Baton Rouge, LA; his children, Brian Gibbs (Erica) of Madisonville, LA, Stephen Gibbs (Jenee) of Baton Rouge, LA, Sarah Gibbs of Conroe, TX and Jessica Strickland of Conroe, TX; and his siblings, Ricky Gibbs of Dallas, TX, Becky Bryant (Tommy) of Lake Tyler, TX and Pat Williams of Lindale, TX. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
As a COVID-19 precaution masks are required at all visitations and funeral services.
