He is survived by: his wife Rachel K. Clark; his former wives, Deanna and Dixie; his close friend Ginger Bradberry; and his daughters, Brittany McKenzie and Candace McKenzie of Kentucky.

His work also extended to Texas, including contributions to Porter High School.
