He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Collins and Velma Collins; his wife Mary; and his siblings, Elva Beck, Arlis Collins (Bill), Eldon Collins and Dorothy Sheppard.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Giles (Lou) and Elmo Jr. (Karen); his grandchildren, Brooke Giles Cox (Michael), Dorothy Collins Andreas (Josh), Amber Giles Beene (Bryan) and Christopher Collins (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Everett, Caleb, Tyler Cox, Samuel, Benjamin Andreas, Micah, Jake Beene, Kayleigh, Avery, Paige and Braden Collins; and his brother Elmer Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
