He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lewis; his children, Sandra Jimenez, Vivian Martinez and Rafael Fernandez; his grandchildren, Andrea, Noelia, Diego, Pablo, Adrian and Sebastian; and his siblings, Nelson, Gayle Lewis, Robert Lewis, Julie and Terry Kraus.
