Forrest leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Forrest’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Forrest will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Waddill and Lillian Waddill; his former wife Ann Manuel Waddill of Goldthwaite; and his wife Christine Riggs Waddill of Midland, Texas.. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Ledbetter of Pasadena and Sharon Sanchez of Conroe; and his stepchildren, Dale Riggs of Midland, Anita Starritt of Marble Falls and Connie Flewellyn of Lubbock. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and many great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riley Funeral Home (402 W Main St, Hamilton, TX 76531). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Hurst Ranch Cemetery.
