He is survived by: his wife Patricia Spangler; his children, Vickie Morse, Ricky Wayne Spangler (Barbara) and Steven Ray Spangler (Sammie); his brothers, Ronnie Spangler (Debra), Eugene Spangler and Joe Leon Spangler; and his grandchildren, John Edward Morse, Dusty Lee Morse, Cory Michael Morse, Cassie Schemik, Rob Gray, Aaron Gray, Tara Barnes, Casey Bowen, Shelby Calley and Lainey Jo Spangler. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
