He is survived by: his daughter Norabeth Rachel Middleton (Raymond); his grandsons, Raymond Jr., Noah, Nathan and Andrew; his sister Antoinette; his nephew Dave Montoya Sr.; his great-nephews, David Montoya Jr. and Luke; and his great-niece Isabelle.
