He is survived by: his wife Monyeen Cooper; his son Steven Cooper (Theresa); his grandson Cameron Cooper; his children, Robert Rountree, Kristin Voigt and David Bunce; and his grandchildren, Joseph Rountree, Justin Rountree (Jamie), Cheyenne Bishop (Weston), Monica Bunce, Maggi Carmichael (Ryan), Connor Greer, Lucas Greer and Ethan Voigt. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Metcalf Funeral Directors (1801 E White Oak Terrace, Conroe, TX 77304). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Garden Park Cemetery (801 Teas Rd, Conroe, TX 77304).
