He was predeceased by : his mother Jessica L. Carter. He is survived by : his father Kary J. Reed; his daughter Gia Lynn Carter; his close friend Gracious Gift; his siblings, Elicia Carter, Edward Carter and Leon Waldo; and his grandmother Darthula Carter. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.
