She was predeceased by: her husband William T. "Bill" Huggs; and her parents, Alton O'Neal and Lillian O'Neal. She is survived by: her daughters, Christi Fontenot (Harry) of Carlyss, Angela Heape (Norris) of Conroe, TX and Renee Rice (Bill) of Crossett, AR; her grandchildren, Andrea Heape, Katie Lyons, Abigail Bishop (Aaron), Andrew Lyons, Adam Heape, Amanda Guthrie (Max) and Brittany Barnett (Jeremy); her siblings, Lynn Terrell of Crossett, AR and David O'Neal of Sulphur, LA; and her siblings' children, Joanna Lockwood, Julie Davidson, David O'Neal and Dalton O'Neal. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and 5 bonus great grandchildren.
