He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Ray Hatfield and Bertha Nell Morgan Hatfield; and his brother Raven Lloyd Hatfield. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his sons, Joshua and Eric; his daughter-in-law Tonya; his grandchildren, Autumn, Wayde, Cooper and Valerie; his brothers, Clay and Johnny; his siblings' children, PJ, Jenny, Raynell, Hayley and Raven Jr.; and his cousins, Lillian, Dera and Shree.
