He is survived by: his mother Nanette McCarty of Conroe; his wife Denise Biehle McCarty of Conroe, Texas; his children, Mason McCarty (Sarah) of Conroe, Texas and Brittany McCarty Horne (Tommy) of Conroe, Texas; his grandchildren, Paityn, Jetlynn, Hadley, Easton and Gentry; his siblings, James McCarty of Conroe, Texas, Patsy McCarty of Tennessee and Eva Newman (Ty) of New Mexico; and his friend E. R. of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
