She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her son Leslie Caroll; and her grandsons, John Leslie and Kristofer Bryant. She is survived by: her children, Robert Lynn Perkins (Virginia), Larry Perkins (Joyce), Rhonda Bean (James), Justin Lisle Perkins (Debbie), Ronnie Smith (Angie), Ricky Smith (Karoline) and Randy Smith (Jennifer). She is also survived by her 22 Grandchildren, 48 Great Grandchildren, and 8 Great, Great Grandchildren, Twenty-two grandchildren, forty-eight great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren and a host of friends.
