He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Johnny Gregg and Doy Nell Townsend Gregg; his brother Johnny Gregg; and his children, Chelle Cuesta (Chris Cuesta), Meghan Gregg (Chris Collins) and Matthew Gregg (Sierra Johnson).
He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Gregg and Janet Vaughan (Lynn Vaughan); his grandchildren, Kyah Carpenter (Skyler), Kevin Mitschke, Dominic McMayon, Jaidyn McMayon, Graci Lynn Gregg, Anthony Paul Gregg, Cayden Egbert, Hannah Hilton Gatlin and Tait Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Laoghaire Carpenter, Maddy Mitschke, Kyngstn Rodgers, Iriyah McMayon, Imani McMayon and Evelyn Gatlin.
