He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Thomas Brown and Wilma Coker Brown; and his siblings, Billy Brown, H. A. Brown and Jeanie Brown Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shelby Brown; his children, Eddie Brown, James Brown (Mindy) and Shari Brown Low (Gary); his grandchildren, Eddy Brown Jr., Megan Low, Jacob Brown, Andrew Low, Luke Brown and Grace Brown; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Low and Jamie Low; and his sister Patsy Brown Gibbs.
