He was predeceased by: his father William Lee. He is survived by: his wife Judi Smith; his children, Jerry Smith of Tampa, FL, Jennifer Tenney (Jasen) of The Woodlands, TX, Jeffrey Smith (Lisa) of Albuquerque, NM and Jana Wise-Charnow (Lee) of Grants Pass, OR; his sisters, Janice Rosenberger (Ken) and Pixie Christensen (Carl); his grandchildren, Tabatha Honeycutt, Avrie McClellan, Jessie McClellan, Hayden Wise, Saida Wise, Ian Smith, Samuel Wise, Bailey Tenney and Cooper Wise; and his great grandchildren, Christen Swift, Jordan Honeycutt, Jordan Wise and Harper Honeycutt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
