He is survived by: his parents, Harrell "Charlie" Dwiggins and Rachel Baliukonis; his great-grandparent Robert Allen; his grandparents, Debora, Michael Spengler and Shirley Dwiggins; his aunts, Sherrie Cruz and Renea Anderson (Darrell); his uncle Peter Baliukonis Jr. (Karla); his siblings, Sarah Grace (David), Shannon Raddin (Matthew), Peyton Dwiggins, Benjamin Pugh (Luana) and Parker Dwiggins; and his spouse Chas Stowe. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 2 nephews, 15 first cousins, other family members, and countless friends.
