She was predeceased by: her parents, Barry Sr. Hodgkins and Lillian Hodgkins; her husband Alfred R. "Freddie" Smith; her son-in-law Louis Posinski Jr.; and her grandson Steven Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Anne Posinski, Alfred E. Smith (Elaine) and Gregory A. Smith; her grandchildren, James, Luanne, Jared, Debbie, Melissa and Anna; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Avery, Phoenix, Jordan and Brenden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
