With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn E. Stripling (Conroe, Texas), who passed away on May 9, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Stripling and Estelle Stripling of Willis Texas; and her brother-in-law Bert Dunken. She is survived by: her sister Peggy S. Dunken of Needville, Texas; her nephew Terry Dunken (Sherri) of Sugar Land, Texas; her niece Kathryn Michelle Smith (Claude) of Austin Texas; her great-nephews, Jackson Smith of Denver, Colorado and Carter Smith (Becca) of Dallas Texas; her caregiver Lucy Simonton of Montgomery, Texas; her friends, Janet Carr, Diana Henigan, Caroline La Vois of Montgomery and Sadie Louise; Walker Smith, Caleb Earl and Sophie (Smith).
