He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanette; his brother Norman Friedman; and his father Ken. He is survived by: his wife Esther of Conroe; his sons, Mark (Samantha Friedman) and Michael (Lori Friedman); his sister Joanne Mueller; his siblings-in-law, Norman and Vicki Seide; his grandchildren, Jacob, Ross, Savanna, Sally and Myles; and his nieces, Julie Berryman and Lori Griswold.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sophia and Jack Bender Memorial Chapel at Beth Yeshurun Post Oak Cemetery (7445 Awty School Ln, Houston, TX 77055).
