He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Fore and Shirley Fore; and his brother John Clayton. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Fore; his children, Brittany Idzi, Kevon "Clay" Fore and Hailey; his grandchildren, Katlyn, Jayden, Nova and Freya; his great grandchildren, Raelynn and Daxton; his brother Kyle Fore (Cindy); and his nieces, Kelsey Black (Corbin) and Kailee Fore.
