She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph William Masterson and Pearlie Elizabeth Masterson (Sorter); her husband Albert Barnet; and her brother Glen Masterson. She is survived by: her daughter Annette Walker (Scott) of Willis, Texas; her grandchildren, Alanna Walker, Jessica Boatright and Olyvia Boomer; her sisters, Cathy Ellis of New Caney, Texas and Francis Cozine of New Caney, Texas; her nieces, Lesa Handley, Tammy Street and Beth Cozine; her nephew Joey Handley; and her pet Jackie.
