She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Schultz. She is survived by: her son Steve Schultz (Cindy Schultz); her stepdaughter Lisa Smith (Harold Smith); her grandchildren, Christopher Threet, Timothy Threet, Shane Schultz (Kendall), Sean Schultz and Sammy Schultz; her siblings-in-law, Fred Schultz, Dorothy Golden, Dorothy Teale and Ruthie Hobbs; and her close friends, Karla Bloodworth and Judy. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
