He is survived by: his wife Rheba; his daughters, Kerry Dowda (Jeff) of Pipe Creek, TX and April Wenzel (Kevin) of Spring, TX; his grandchildren, Ashley O'Kelley, Kristi Dowda, Courtney Dowda, Blake Wenzel and Addison Wenzel; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Kairan O'Kelley; his siblings, Diane McCarthy (Dennis) of Vienna, VA and Lynn Wallingford (Charmaine) of Thousand Oaks, CA; and his sisters-in-law, Nelda Cross of New Braunfels, TX, Fran Boyle of Annandale, VA and Ann Posey of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
