It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella Castro Williams in Conroe, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her brothers, Patrick Castro and Chevrolet; her children, Melissa Garza Gandy (Larry Gandy) and Joe Garza Jr. (Debbie Sliva Garza); her grandchildren, Brian Miller, Kevin Gandy and Alexandra Garza; her great grandchild Halen Gandy; Mary Williams Eakman, Mike Williams and Blaine Williams (Kim Williams). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
