She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Agnes Elliott and George Elliott; her siblings, Lee, Lancing, Evelyn Waterman, Ann McCarthy and Agnes Wakeman; her husband James MacKenzie Fraser Jr.; her sons, James III, Todd of Katy Texas, Richard of Katy Texas, John of Highland Illinois and Robert Scott of Sykesville Maryland; her grandchildren, Nicole, Jamie, Sarah, Ian, James IV, Jordan and Jacqueline; and her great grandchildren, Allyson, Ryan, James V, Jackson, Joshua, Jane and Joy.
