She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Templeton and Lila Templeton; and her siblings, Janette Albright, Robert Templeton, Bea Williams, Sarah Akin, Thomas Templeton, Martha Scott and Johnnye Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Elmo Elbert Collins; her children, Peggy Giles (Lou) and Elmo Jr. (Karen); her grandchildren, Brooke Giles Cox (Michael), Dorothy Collins Andreas (Josh), Amber Giles Beene (Bryan) and Christopher Collins (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Everett, Caleb, Tyler Cox, Samuel, Benjamin Andreas, Micah, Jake Beene, Kayleigh, Avery, Paige and Braden Collins; and her siblings, Sandra Johnson, Darrell Templeton and Nancy Mattingly. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
