He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cotton Nixon; his daughters, Ryann Nixon Richards and Chayne Nixon Hansen (Brandon); his brothers, Mark Douglas Nixon (Kathi), Timothy Lane Nixon, Glenn Andrew Nixon and Russell Lee Nixon (Liana); and his grandchildren, Kelsi Hope Richards, Van Michael Richards, Rainey Leann Hansen and Rohnan William Hansen.
