She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Geraldine Huffmier and Emmett Floyd Starkey; and her in-law Beatrice Ruth Farrow. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Raymond Farrow; her sons, Christopher Robert Farrow and Michael Scott Farrow; her daughter-in-law Angie Farrow; and her sister Sarah Ann Starkey.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local dog rescue, or the SPCA.

“Saddened to hear about Fran, although we haven't been in touch for many years, only at high school reunions. Our friendship was special and meaningful. 2 funny stories. We took drivers ed together then when we went to take the driving test in her mothers Mustang, I passed and she didn't so had to go back but passed second time. Other story we went to wrap a classmates house, Mike Hudgens, but he Lived across street from Clarence who alerts Mike so we get sprayed with a water hose. 💖💔”
