It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raquel Rios in Conroe, Texas, born in Rio Grande City, Texas, who passed away on August 8, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Santos Rios and Manuela Guajardo. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Garcia (Jesse); her siblings, Benito Rios (San Juana), Martin Rios (Yolanda) and Silvia Reyes (Guadalupe); and her grandchildren, Ivan Garcia and Alexa Garcia.
